After finalizing some concept sketches, I modeled the clock body and details in Rhino. I then split the file into two components - the clock body was exported into VCarve and the details cut out on a laser cutter.

4'x8' plywood sheet after using the CNC router
I assembled the main body using a nail gun and support beams I cut with a miter saw. I then glued on the details and finished with a red/brown spray paint.
The clock is currently non-functional but will be updated with a working piece in the near future.
